Walk In Sessions
Effective January 7, 2019: Attorney Sessions are scheduled every Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday from 11:00AM to 3:30PM. Request must be submitted by 3:00 p.m. to TrafficAttySession@ClarkCountyNV.gov the business day prior to the requested hearing. The e-mail request must contain the attorney’s name and bar number, the defendants’ names, the specific citation numbers to be scheduled and the date and time of the requested session. Attorney sessions are currently being held in Courtroom 1A, first floor of the Regional Justice Center on a first come, first serve basis.
A maximum of 15 citations will be heard per visit. A register of actions may be obtained using the general public web site: Click here.
Attorneys may contact the Traffic Division to determine which dates are available for scheduling of the bulk sessions. Once an available date has been selected, the attorney must submit a formal scheduling request by sending an e-mail to the following address:
The e-mail request must contain the attorney’s name and bar number, the defendants’ names, and the specific citation numbers to be scheduled. All requests to schedule a bulk session must be received no later than 2 business days prior to the scheduled hearing date.
Citations requiring immediate attention should be indicated with a “W” (for warrant recall) or “FTA” (for FTA clearance) after the citation number. All FTA clearances will be faxed immediately to the Department of Motor Vehicle.
