Requests for JAVS Video of Court Proceedings

Fee: $25.00 per CD 
(A separate form needs to be completed for each video requested)

JAVS recordings may not be available in all judicial departments. In those judicial departments where JAVS recordings are maintained, the recordings are primarily intended to be used for reference purposes for judges, law clerks, and other court staff. JAVS recordings of court proceedings are not considered the official record in the Las Vegas Justice Court. Transcripts of court proceedings are deemed to be the official record.

To request your JAVS recordings, please fill out our JAVS Recording Request Form and mail them using one of the methods below: 

• Email to: Records.criminal@clarkcountynv.gov for Criminal or Protection Orders
• Email to: Records.civil@clarkcountynv.gov for Evictions, Small Claims, or Civil cases
• Mail to: Regional Justice Center 200 Lewis Avenue Las Vegas, NV 89101
• Submit the form in person at the Regional Justice Center 200 Lewis Avenue Las Vegas, NV 89101 - Customer Service Window
